WHO IS METERMILL?

Metermill, aka Michael Miller, produces downtempo and house music from his studio in Oakland, California. His music has been featured at San Francisco clubs Cloud 9 and Dragon.  Musical influences are wide-ranging but direct influences include DJ Shadow, Portishead, Massive Attack, DJ Cam, Robert Miles, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Kid Loco, & Morcheeba. Metermill has also produced original soundtracks for independent films and is currently a drummer for the Bay Area Rock/Funk Band "Fuzjar."
